Baked Acorn Squash

This is so tasty! I mean so TASTY! All you need is acorn squash, brown sugar, and butter (simple). Cut the knot off and cut it length wise and scrape out the seeds. Soften the butter and put it on the squash and throw on the brown sugar alot of it. Bake it for 30 minutes upside down on parchment paper. Take it out and add alot more butter and alot of brown sugar. Then bake it for 30 more mintues until soft. Great way to trick the kids into eating veggies :D! I like for the squash to be a little brown. Extra caramelization going on!
