ON MY NERVES!

I work as a receptionist M-F a long boring 8-5. I hear these phones ring all day. Most of the time the same people that work with this company just in a different city. Down to the points I'm trying to get too. I HATE... I mean HATE it when a person calls and don't know who they want to talk too and make noises in my ear while trying to remember... I can't stand that noise! Call me back when you know who you want to speak too! Lord! You call everyday and can't remember the name of the same person you talk to EVERYDAY!?! I just want to hang up in there face! Or tell them to get off my line!
